Our students’ employability is our top priority at the BFIT Group of Institutions. All students enrolling in BFIT Group of Institutions will receive placement aid, employment counselling, and self/social entrepreneurship training. The BFIT Training & Placement unit ensures logistic support to the visiting firms at every level of the placement process by making college infrastructure available to them. The Training & Placement Cell will serve as a liaison between the educational community and the business world, primarily assisting students in making career decisions. All of the firms’ selection processes will be facilitated by us in accordance with their specifications. BFIT will work with corporate organisations to connect graduates of our Institutes with suitable employment opportunities and internships.To help the BFIT students become successful professionals, we will do our utmost to arrange seminars and workshops.
BFIT has made an effort to give our students training in communication, personality grooming, logical reasoning, and aptitude. The training will be delivered concurrently with a focus on career counseling and personality development.
In order to effectively coordinate and carry out this programme, the Training & Placement Cell would like the support of the Head of the Departments or his designee.

Providing notice on notice boards, the placement portal, and the college website to students about pre-placement activities, employment opportunities, and campus selections. Organising Training Programmes for Campus Recruitment and establishing contacts with top businesses to secure internships and campus placements

To conduct a post-placement study and implement corrective actions for pupils who weren’t chosen
